Dear Ministry of Public Service,
At Kitante Hill secondary school, the dean upper school called Mr. Bato James should be investigated for physically and verbally assaulting students especially those from low income backgrounds. The headmistress of the school called Mrs. Onen is aware of this and does nothing. A Chemistry teacher called Mr. Atukwase Cleophus and a physics teacher called Mr. Kisingo should also be investigated for ignoring and perhaps even abetting this behaviour.
