Dear Ministry of Defence / Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF), Am Shivan Kwagala aged 19yrs of age , due to the love i have for my country , i would like to join updf this year 2022 but i seems i don't have the access and chance to join because i heard information that they recruited already but i don't know wheather it's true , please inform me is it true ?
