Dear Ministry of Works & Transport,
I would like to find out the owners of the taxi registered in UBK 014Q because I paid them to deliver my package yesterday evening to Hoima town, the numbers they gave me are not going through and I need to find out other contacts registered to this license plate. This is because the person that was to receive the goods in Hoima has not received them, so I need to confirm whether they delivered the goods and if yes, where did they deliver them to.
