What are the guidelines and for how long do I have to work before going back to school when am the one paying my own tuition?

Dear Ministry of Defence / Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF),

Barbie, so does it mean that immediately after the UPDF training, I have to first work for some years before I go back for further studies, even when am the one paying my own tuition.
What are those guidelines we have to follow and for how long can I work before going back to school again.
