Dear Civil Aviation Authority (CAA),
My name is Rachel Namubiru, 22 yrs with certificates in foreign languages at Makerere University.
I am requesting for a pilot scholarship opportunity at Civil Aviation Academy and since it's the lead in Uganda's flight industry, I would be thrilled to represent as a licensed pilot.
I am ethical, enthusiastic lady with ambitions and dreams of becoming one of Uganda's female pilots. I am intelligent and confident that I would make a valuable addition to the country if granted this opportunity. Thank you and I will be very grateful for a positive response from you.
